The Broncos elevated wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey and running back Tyler Badie from the practice squad to the active roster, the team announced Saturday. NFL teams are permitted to elevate two players from the practice squad to the game-day roster each week. Each player may be elevated a total of three times each season. Humphrey was previously elevated for the Broncos' Week 1 matchup against the Seahawks. He played 30 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps and received one target. Denver promoted Humphrey from the practice squad to the 53-man roster, the team announced Wednesday. The Broncos had an available spot on their active roster, so a corresponding move is not required. Denver also signed wide receiver Michael Bandy to the team's practice squad. Humphrey has appeared in all six of the Broncos' games this season and tallied four catches for 26 yards and a touchdown.
